BARTENDER

Prepares and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Their roles extends beyond mixing drinks; they create memorable experiences for guests. (1) Prepare beverages (2) Bar Inventory Management (3) Safety and Compliance of bar and alcohol (4) Customer Service (5) Planning and Presentation of product Competencies Clean tables/bar/counter. Clean and maintain bar and serving room utensils Wash/rinse glasses Prepare drinks and serve to customers at the counter/bar, in their room or on the terrace Receive payment for refreshments Check cash register at the beginning of the working day. Count contents of cash register at closing time Manage stock; record shortages; place orders Mix cocktails on customer's demand Create cocktail recipes with or without alcohol Receive customer and take orders for drinks Receive goods/products and store (beer barrels, bottle racks)
Experience as a bartender minimum 12 months.
