As a Barback, you are a vital member of the bar team, providing essential support to bartenders and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar area. Your primary responsibility is to assist bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar. Additionally, you may be responsible for preparing garnishes, mixing and pouring simple drinks, and handling cash transactions.
