- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;
- Strong team coordination and communication skills;
- Fluency in English and Italian;
- A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure;
- A people-first mindset with a strong eye for guest experience and team wellbeing;

Confidence with digital tools, booking systems, and hospitality tech;
Previous hostel experience is a big bonus.
- 3rd level – €24,600 RAL (CCNL Turismo);
