Are you interested in bridging the gap between development and customer support?



CDRator Application Consultants are the key liaison between our organization and our customers. As a successful Application Consultant, you advise our customers on operational issues and troubleshooting, either through configuring customizations yourself or through driving the programming process with our software development team.



Become a member of the team



As our new Application Consultant you will join a Customer Team, which improves and maintains our billing solution for specific customers. The overall purpose of the position is to provide customers with high-quality technical support on a daily basis. We expect you to be a proactive team player. As part of a team you will benefit from the experience of other team members and continue to raise the bar for service and the quality we provide.



You have an outgoing approach



We are looking for a business-oriented person with technical expertise and problem solving talent. As a successful Application Consultant you will use your analytical skills to convert business requirements into technical specifications.



Application Consultants are customer contact points, so you will need to provide professional support through communication, determination and problem solving. We are looking for a person who is able to see a problem as a chance to find a solution.



Qualifications

• Strong SQL database query skills.

• Experience with Java, Servlets, Junit and SQL.

• Business experience in telecommunications, finance or CRM solutions.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Educational background in computer science, data processing, engineering or IT.

• English language skills, both written and spoken.

• Customer-support experience.
