ArcelorMittal – Flat Products is currently engaged in a business transformation program across Europe in order to strengthen its competitive position in the steel market.

This business transformation leverages digitalization in all domains: sales, supply chain, industrial operations, procurement, finance and human resources. Most projects involve transformation, change management and digitalization.

As Digital Transformation Project Manager within IT Commercial department, you are involved in the CMO transformation projects such as development of new services for ArcelorMittal Flat Products customers, development of mobile apps, build of a new customer portal or development of new tools for the sales forces.

The Digital Transformation Project Manager follows the full project lifecycle: project/product definition/scoping, team mobilization, stakeholder management, project kick off, project execution, issue and escalation management, project completion and after closure debriefing.

He must ensure the success in terms of budget, schedule, quality and user satisfaction of projects undertaken.

For the position knowledge and experience with project management and agile methodology are assets.

Duties & Responsibilities :

·         Apply a structured methodology to lead projects from idea to accomplishment

·         Control the scope of projects undertaken

·         Get the necessary resources to conduct the projects

·         Prepare and manage the project plan

·         Prepare the business case with the business owner

·         Manage business, end users' expectations

·         Master the change management process

·         Identify and manage the project issues

·         Perform risk analysis and prepare risk mitigation

·         Lead the project team

·         Mobilize, coordinate different stakeholders

·         Identify and manage project interdependencies

Education :

·     Master or engineering degree (IT)
