Gardening and landscaping: Mediterranean garden maintenance (pruning, weeding, planting, mowing); vegetable garden for household needs; irrigation system management (drip and sprinklers)
· Security: General property surveillance; asset monitoring; on-site presence
· Maintenance: Basic maintenance of garden tools, equipment and outdoor areas; minor repairs as needed
