EmployFlex, originally EmployMum, was founded in 2016. EmployFlex is about finding solutions for employers and employees – we match make clients with flexible and remote roles and recruit candidates seeking flexibility.
Flexible work can mean a variety of options: full time with flexible hours / part time/ job share / remote work / compressed hours / annualised hours / term time / ROWE or a mix. EmployFlex has a database of over 10,000 quality candidates throughout Ireland actively seeking employment – we have a 93% success rate in matching clients to the right candidate.
