The Castle Hotel has been renovated to maintain the old world features of the Palazzo mansions-designed by Richard Castle and his pupil John Ensor in the Georgian period. Converted 18th Century wine cellars are the setting for The Castle Vaults Bar and Restaurant. The Castle Vaults serves early bird and a la carte menus daily and the bar stocks a wide variety of Irish craft beers, wines and spirits. The Old Music Shop Restaurant is situated in Georgian Rooms overlooking Findlaters 19th-century Gothic Revival Church and is perfect for traditional Afternoon Tea.  It offers a selection of cakes, scones, soups and gourmet sandwiches and is especially popular for Afternoon Tea. A pre-theatre and evening menu is also available.
