We’re looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. Requisitos laborales

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a designated kitchen section, ensuring consistency in food quality, preparation, and presentation
  • Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of high-volume food service across multiple outlets
  • Mentor, support, and train junior kitchen staff
  • Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety, ensuring full HACCP and Health & Safety compliance
  • Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requisitos deseables

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience at Chef de Partie level in a busy, high-volume kitchen
  • A passion for showcasing local Kerry produce and delivering exceptional food
  • Strong knowledge of modern food trends, kitchen operations, and plating standards
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure
