As a cook in the establishment you will be in charge of food control and preparations. Make sure the quality of the dishes delivered are up to standard, keep the hygiene and HACCP protocols under strict control.
You will be working with locally sourced products like fish and meat, mostly worked on the newly built open fire grill in an open kitchen.
The candidates should also be willing to go help harvesting daily products from the garden and serve at the table the food if needed.
