Job offer description

We are an international group which has the most luxury hotels, award-winning golf resorts and leading boutiques. In Portugal we have Dona Filipa Hotel and Penina Hotel & Golf Resort  five-star hotels in the heart of the Algarve and three golf courses.

Day-to-Day function:

• Welcome customers with friendliness and courtesy, providing a memorable service;

• Receive orders and serve food and drinks to our customers

• Be knowledgeable about the various products available and inform and advise customers on the options that best suit their preferences

• Collaborate in cleaning, tidying and maintaining the workplace

• Know and comply food hygiene rules and procedures

 

Job requirements

 

• Previous experience 

• Availability to work shifts

• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English

 

Nice to have

• Proactivity and problem-solving ability

• Team spirit

• Customer orientation
