ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Strategic Partnership Development Senior Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess thought leadership, and the ability to identify, cultivate key partnerships and partnership ecosystems that drive business growth and innovation.
This role requires a proactive leader with a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in partnership development with the capability to identify possible synergies within the Air Transport IT ecosystem.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Idea Generation: Continuously proposing innovative concepts, with digital focus leveraging technology and data in partnership strategies.
- Creative Solutions: Implementing strategies to overcome challenges of the Air Transport industry.
- Innovation Leadership: Leading initiatives to foster a culture of innovation.
- Strategic Thinking: Anticipating market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
- Identify and Cultivate Partnerships: Research and identify potential strategic partners that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Develop Partnership Strategies: Create comprehensive partnership strategies that leverage mutual strengths and drive value for both parties. identifying partnerships that also support diversity, sustainability, and responsible business practices.
- Build Relationships: Establish strong and lasting relationships with potential partners, ensuring alignment and shared vision.
- Negotiate Agreements: Lead negotiations to secure beneficial partnership agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, product development, and finance, to ensure partnership goals are met. Mentor junior colleagues .
- Monitor and Evaluate Partnerships: Continuously monitor the performance and impact of partnerships, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Governance Responsibilities: accountability for managing partnership risks and compliance.
- Travel Expectations: 10 to 20% of international travel.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic partnership development or related roles
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successful partnership development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Inclusion of collaboration with marketing, sales, product development, and finance reinforces strategic alignment.
- Interest in IT and Air transport domains
- Thought leadership, idea generator
- Able to connect and interact with C-level engagements.
- Collaborative and able to work across functions.
