For our alpine chalet hotel we are looking for
an assistant for our reception desk
to support our team as soon as possible!
ALSO POSSIBLE: ONLY FOR THE WINTER SEASON AS A SEASONAL JOB!
Your main tasks:
Care and advice for guests
Reservation entries and related tasks
Check-in/check-outs and related tasks
Telephone service
Your profile:
completed vocational training in the hospitality sector or commercial education and / or work experience at the hotel front desk,
welcome also qualified candidates from other branches (cross-entry)
positive charisma and pleasure in contact with guests
organizational talent
Flexibility and teamwork
German in spoken and written form, at least C1,
English is of advantage
We offer:
an unlimited full-time contract (weekends shifts in rotation), based on schedule, 5 or 6 days a week (also seasonally for the winter season only).
Salary according to the General Bavarian hotel and restaurant tariffs
Accommodation on request, in our staff house, cost: official reference value.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
Betreuung und Beratung der Gäste
Reservierungseingaben und alle weiteren anfallenden Arbeiten in der Reservierungen
Durchführung Check In/ Check Outs und alle damit anfallenden Arbeiten
Telefondienst
Sie verfügen über:
eine abgeschlossene Hotelfach oder kaufmännische Ausbildung und / oder Berufserfahrung an der Hotelrezeption, auch Quereinsteiger
positive Ausstrahlung und Freude am Gästekontakt
Organisationstalent
Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mind. C1, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Wir bieten:
eine unbefristete Stelle in Vollzeit (auch Wochenende), nach Dienstplan, 5 oder 6-Tage-Woche (kann auch nur für die Wintersaison besetzt werden)
