Being part of our Front Office team you will:

Safeguard the accuracy, reliability and thoroughness of front office accounting.

Assist the front office team in all aspects of guest satisfaction.

Verify all accounting postings and balances.

Verify that accurate room status information is maintained and properly.

Gather all necessary documents from all incoming generating centers and conduct all auditingprocedures as per hotel´s operating procedures.
- Ensure accurate, reliable and thorough data is maintained within the property management system enabling accurate guest history and sales information
To be successful in this role you must:
-
Two years’ front office, accounting or booking experience at a 5*/4* hotel, international hotel chain preferred.

Understand principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.

Proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken) with internal and external guests.

Proper communication etiquette in both German and English. Knowledge of another language is a plus.

Must possess strong computer skills and knowledge of a PMS software.

Be detailed oriented and take pride in transferring this focus on details to the entries made into PMS and ensure compliance to all front office standards and P&Ps.

Critical thinking, strong numerical ability and background in handling cash.

Excellent customer service skills, good organizational and administration skills with a high ability to multitask.

General knowledge of Frankfurt and its attractions.

Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.
