On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as soon as possible as “IT Support Specialist (m/w/d)”. 

YOUR TASKS 

  • As 2nd-Level IT Support (m/w/d) you will support employees as well as connected sites and companies with technical IT requests in the client environment 
  • You ensure stable and smooth operation of workstation and client systems in day-to-day IT operations 
  • In addition, you will analyze disruptions in IT operations and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently and sustainably 
  • You will handle and resolve technical queries through a ticketing system and work closely with adjacent IT teams 
  • In addition, you will be the central point of contact in 2nd-level support and ensure service-oriented communication

Job requirements
  • You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/w/d) system integration, IT salesperson (m/w/d), salesperson (m/w/d) for digitization management or a similar field 
  • You will bring a solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking technology and hardware 
  • Experience in IT support, particularly with ticketing systems, remote support and software distribution (e.g. B. Matrix42 / Empirum), is desirable 
  • You work in a structured, reliable and solution-oriented manner and are characterised by an independent understanding of new topics 
  • A very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written, completes your profile
