IT Support Specialist
We are looking for an open-minded, communicative and technically competent IT Service Desk support specialist to strengthen our onsite team, which offers our employees competent advice on various IT topics.
- You will support the IT Team in providing assistance to employees across all IT services, including hardware, digital workplace, systems, applications, and equipment.
- You will follow established processes to manage incidents and service requests throughout their lifecycle.
- You will collaborate with the Service Desk Team to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues.
- You will contribute to maintaining high standards of IT service delivery and user satisfaction.
- IT diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Fluent English and Italian
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365
- Teamwork and resilience
