We are a small company who is growing fast and steady based in Tromsø, doing northern-lights and fjord guided tours. We are looking for a person to work as a guide with driver's B license speaking German and Chinese Mandarin for the next winter season (1th October- 31th March).

Both GERMAN and CHINESE MANDARIN languages necessary.
Driver's license B
No experience required with guiding, but capacity to sustain intensive work periods.
Arbeidsoppgaver
Northern-lights tours and fjord guided tours, by car, with small tourists groups. Workload may vary based on bookings, and any upper limits will be discussed and agreed together with the employee.
The role involves driving on icy roads at night; however, with the training and guidance we provide, it is a routine, and straightforward task
Vi tilbyr
Pay: €1,500 - €6,000 before taxes per month (depending on bookings)
-Free training
-Free housing (housing is challenging to find and is the greatest expense in Tromsø)
-Base salary of 15000 NOK before taxes, with opportunity to have a very high salary depending on the number of bookings we will have.
-And, of course, the opportunity to see the northern-lights very often!!
