Ristorante Sale e Pepe is a small Italian restaurant with approximately 50 seats.
We focus on quality, authenticity, and a warm dining experience. The kitchen is open from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, offering a manageable and well-defined à la carte menu.
About the Position:
We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced head chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine, who can take responsibility in the kitchen and work independently.

Your Responsibilities:
• Preparation and cooking of Italian dishes
• Daily responsibility for kitchen operations during service
• Ensuring high food quality and consistency
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
We Offer:
• Salary: DKK 200 per hour
• Working hours: Approximately 37 hours per week
• Accommodation can be provided, if needed
