Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for the role of full-time Warehouse Operative with VNA Truck Certification and Experience. the successful candidate will report to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Stock control and tracking of all items through use of a bespoke management system.
• Packing and processing of orders from trailer to warehouse racking locations including loading and unloading of truck and trailers.
• Responsible for the end-to-end movement, safe and secure storage of all stock/goods and machinery.
• Working within a small team to ensure our goods in/out is running efficiently.
• The use of a voice control & and hand-held devices
• Ability to multi task and cover any ad-hoc duties as determined by your manager.
• Comply with all health & safety standards, stringent quality standards and protocols such as Seveso.
• Completion of any documentation according to target deadline.

Requirements:

• Experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with competency in IT based systems
• Experience in a Logistics or Distribution /Warehouse environment

Experience & Education:

• Forklift Licence – VNA/Counter balance /Reach truck is essential
• Driving Licence – preferable
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
