Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and vibrant waitstaff to join our company. You should be able to work quickly, answer customer queries and take and deliver orders. You should possess a polite and charismatic character.

Waitperson responsibilities are:

-Providing customers with menus
-Help customers to decide which is best to choose
-Taking and delivering orders
-Answering queries
-Helping to resolve any customer complaints
-Accepting payments and returning the change
-Working with other staff members

Anforderungen an die Stelle

Waitperson requirements are:

  • Experience as a wait staff/server
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Good charismatic character
  • Customer-friendly
  • Able to take and deliver orders efficiently/quickly
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma
  • Finnish Alcohol Legislation Proficiency Certificate
  • Finnish Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Ability to follow instructions and workflow diligently
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
Wünschenswert

It would be beneficial for a Waitperson to:

  • Speak other languages: Finnish, Chinese, Japanese, German, Spanish and French are an advantage.
  • Have knowledge of the local area
  • Experience on the field
  • Adaptability and flexibility
Leistungen

Pay, duration and benefits:

  • Minimum 90 working hours per 3 weeks period
  • Starting between November and until the end of March
  • Hourly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience
  • Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement
  • If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €250,00/month
