Urban Italian Group (UIG) serves over 3000 guests daily across 2 brands and 8 restaurants in Sweden. The restaurant group was founded in 2016 and since then has grown organically, doubling the size of its organization each year with constant development across all dimensions: quality of food and beverages, hearted hospitality and beautiful interior spaces.
Our 2 brands: Basta and Florentine are one of the most popular brands in Scandinavia and both of our restaurants in Stockholm have been among top 10 booked restaurants in 2023. Basta is a casual dining restaurant brand, offering great guest experiences in beautifully designed places, focused around great value for the guests. With a colorful inspiration from the narrow streets of Amalfi up to the north of Milano.
Florentine on the other hand is an international upscale casual dining Trattoria offering culinary experiences in a glamorous setting straight from the Italian movie scene.
