Working in a hotel or restaurant in the heart of the Alps in Vorarlberg, Austria. Restaurant management, organizing all matters concerning the efficiency in the restaurant, serving guests, complaint management, filleting, carving, flambéing.

Support of the restaurant manager in all areas.

Serving guests in the restaurant, cover the table, dump the table, pour the beverages, fulfil the wishes of the guests.

Assisting the waiter in all matters of the restaurant.
