Join our Holiday Village Team as Qualified Swimming Instructor and help to deliver amazing holidays for our youngest guests. You will make a huge difference to family holidays by delivering fun and professional lessons to adults, toddlers and kids aged 3 years and above.



 

What you will be doing

  • Delivering professional swimming lessons in a fun but safe environment
  • Tailoring sessions to each individual to balance fun and engagement with technical progression
  • Coaching children & adults of varying abilities following the syllabus provided
  • Actively selling and promoting sessions to encourage maximum attendance
  • Delivering parent & toddler sessions
  • Taking part in other activities including daytime activities, team shows and party dances
  • Helping colleagues and guests by solving any general questions or complaints on-the-spot



 

What we are looking for

  • ASA Level 2 Swim Teaching Qualification or equivalent
  • A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification NPLQ
  • Experience of swim teaching and working with children
  • The ability to communicate well with adults, families and children of all ages
  • Willing to work long and varied hours in a variety of our Holiday Destinations
  • Confident, fun and creative personality with the natural want to work as part of a big team
  • The maturity to live and work independently abroad and to manage own finances
