Your Responsibilities
Provide expert advice to discerning customers by phone, email, or chat
Create customized, customer-focused travel packages
Book and process travel services: from flights and hotels to cruises
Support and maintain existing customer relationships
Acquire new customers through outstanding service
Share enthusiasm and inspiration – you are the voice of the travel world
Experience
Completed training as a tourism management assistant or comparable background (e.g., hotel, travel)
A degree in tourism or career changer with service experience is also welcome
At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
Strong communication skills in German (at least C1, ideally C2) and fluent in English
Structured and conscientious work with a strong service orientation
Enjoyment of working with people, organizational skills, and a positive attitude
Technical understanding and proficiency with PCs, MS Office, and Google tools
Experience with tourism software such as IRIS.plus, MyJack, AirCruiser, or Cruise Compass is an advantage
