Technical Supporter

Through the past two decades, Trackunit has been pushing digitalization within construction. We are looking for the next awesome guy or girl to join our European technical support team to help deliver a superior customer experience.

As a technical supporter in Trackunit, you are instrumental in delivering a great customer experience, working directly with our customers to make sure they get the most out of our products and services. You also work closely with our Customer Success team, our sales team and, our engineering team who all strive for the same goal: happy and successful customers!

You will be right at the heart of matters, as you will deal with customers on a daily basis handling customer requests over the phone and e-mail. We strive to meet our customers at eye-level and aim to provide support with professionalism and compassion.

With locations in the hearts of Copenhagen, Kolding, and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark.

So, if you have experience in Tech Support from another SaaS company, we would definitely like to hear from you.

Who are you?

  • You have experience with handling customer requests and conducting 1st or 2nd level technical support.
  • Background from a similar industry such as SaaS, IT, telecommunications is a plus.
  • You have the ability to quickly grasp technical details, enabling you to thrive in an environment where products and solutions change often
  • Self-motivated and high-performance personality able to think outside the box to find solutions.
  • Ability to assess customers’ support needs when they arrive, then provide solutions or refer them to other team members
  • You are a strong communicator and solution-oriented with the ability to see things from different perspectives
  • You can prioritize, multi-task, and deliver – because it’s a lot more fun to get things done!
  • English: written and spoken near-native/fluent.
  • Danish: written and spoken native/fluent.

What do you like the most about working in Trackunit?

I like the atmosphere and the positive vibes at Trackunit. I think people here are very helpful and compassionate, the cross-department collaboration is not just an empty phrase here. We communicate with each other, encourage each other, and help each other to reach our biggest goals. Being surrounded by them makes me feel inspired and ready to conquer the world.

 

What do you like the most about being part of the Tech Support team?

The variety of tasks and the collaboration with others. Tech Support is a customer-facing department, but we are engaging with other departments at Trackunit as well, so the working days are never dull. I like to work on a problem and collaborate with several experts until we find the solution together and make the customer happy at the end of the day. We dare to think outside the box.

 

What’s a nice memory you have from your work in Tech Support?

I have a lot of very nice memories with the team. I always smile whenever I recall funny moments from our team meetings, how much fun we had when we played Among Us or how amazed I was when I learned that a browser update can solve almost 90% of the issues the user is experiencing. The best part is when I and the customer on the phone are smiling or even laughing after solving a problem. I just feel great that I solved a problem and made someone’s day at the same time.

What do you like the most about working in Trackunit?

I like that working in Trackunit gives me the freedom to be myself and help me to grow in many ways for me to achieve my goals.

 

What do you like the most about being part of the Tech Support team?

What I like most about being part of the Tech Support team is that in any situation I am never alone, it’s teamwork from the start to the end! I am part of a great team with amazing humans from different parts of the world. They love to help one another, are always very understanding and encouraging, both on your best and worst days. I could ask for a better team.

 

What’s a nice memory you have from your work in Tech Support?

Some of the best memories with the team for me is when we play “Among us” - and even with the lockdown and the distance we have great evenings together. For me, those will always be great memories.
