Touristic entertainer (M/F)

Mission:

Carries out the activities according to program and standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Main tasks:

• attracts as many participants (adults or children) as possible to the various activities through good and effective public relations,
• organizes and leads the various activities for children during the day and evening according to program and standards, knowing perfectly all the rules and regulations of the games and activities,
• communicates constantly with guests to obtain feedback on satisfaction and eventual additional needs of the guests,
• communicates any complaint, suggestions or congratulation to the Head of Activities,
• collaborates in setting up the decoration and other preparations for evening shows, parties and other activities,
• participates in the evening activities (shows, participation games, parties, etc.),
• collaborates in up-dating/changing the publicity material in the facility regarding the activities,
• helps and participates in the organization of other activities when needed,
• in some specific cases, if needed, charges rental of equipment, activity or service with charge and makes the daily handover of cash and other cash equivalents,
• takes care of the entire inventory of the division and continuously checks that it is in compliance with prescribed standards,
• contacts guests and gives them all necessary information regarding the Activities program,
• applies the measures and means of safety at work.
