TASKS:
-
preparation and production of images of the existing state of the premises, conceptual program designs, project tasks, simple technological plans
-
participation in obtaining offers; cooperation with external contractors
-
preparation of expert analyzes and conceptual designs
-
preparation of annual maintenance and investment plans
-
carrying out work tasks according to the instructions of the superior within the framework of professional competences


RESPONSIBILITY - to fulfill plans, tasks and work duties - to ensure the required quality, efficiency and timeliness of the work performed - for strict adherence to instructions, regulations and standards, as well as the protection of health and safety in the performance of tasks

University education or masters degree. At least 6 years of experience.
