Your tasks

  • Be one of our key contact persons for our clients and team members.
  • Provide appropriate administrative support to the management and team members.
  • Organize and manage meetings, handle mailboxes and phone calls.
  • Be part of our global travel management team and execute travel bookings for the executive board and our employees worldwide.
  • Interact with various international cooperation partners within the travel industry.

     

     Your future team

  • Our Administrative Support team is made of professionals whose main responsibility is to assist our clients and employees worldwide, organizing complex business trips, handling phone calls and mailboxes and managing agendas.
  • We are looking for graduates as well as experienced profiles willing to use their administrative skills to support our teams of professionals across 19 countries.
  • This full-time role is based at the heart of Europe, in Luxembourg. In addition to its international flair, picturesque landscapes and multifaceted cultural life, the numerous sports and leisure activities make Luxembourg unique and a great place to live.

 

Your profile

  • Degree in administrative field or relevant working experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to deal with all levels of hierarchy.
  • Fluent in English and German. French will be a plus.
  • Intercultural working experience paired with a hands-on mentality, a high customer orientation, friendliness and an open-minded personality.
  • Autonomy and curiosity as well as willingness to take initiatives and act proactively.
  • Quick learner able to be on track with minimum of guidance and like to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent planning skills to manage priorities and deadlines even in high season.
  • Proficient IT practitioner who master Microsoft office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
