Responsibilities

 Auditing of existing, new and potential suppliers

 Implementing and monitoring product development at external suppliers in the PEP process, support of suppliers regarding production stage at critical suppliers and processes

 Problem analysis and processing of supplier-related quality issues

 Organization and implementation of process release audits

 Management of suppliers escalations

 Support the implementation of customer demands

 Continuous improvement of the quality of delivered products and supplier processes through audits and supplier discussions

 Management and support in the event of supplier complaints

 Assisting in the development of a supplier management system

 Assisting in the extension of global SQE organization and documents

Qualifications

 Degree in Engineering or another technical subject

 At least 3 years of experience in quality, engineering and/or manufacturing in the automotive or auto-parts industry

 Deep know how in launching new products, automotive customer specific requirements, VDA standards, system-, product- and process audits, being familiar with Wire Harness manufacturing is a plus

 Knowledge in measuring instruments and LPAs audits, Quality Systems Planning, including PPA, Statistical Problem Solving and VDA Standards

 3rd Party Process Auditor VDA6.3 and 1st. Party ISO/TS16949 Auditor

Qualifications (continuation)

 Experience with ISO14001, Lean Manufacturing Process and 6 sigma methodologies

 Fluent English, skilled in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point), Minitab, SAP

 Hands on, solution focused, excellent communication, structured, proactive, team player, resilient, willing to travel regularly
