Specialist with focus on non-dairy beverage ingredients in EMEA

As one of our colleagues is retired, we are looking for a new team member to work within development of solutions and innovations for non-dairy beverages in EMEA. You will visit customers and assist them in troubleshooting, new product development and general support. Our purpose is to meet customer needs using DuPont Nutrition & Health’s wide range of products and capabilities.



You are a curious, dedicated and well-structured colleague and you will be part of our international beverages application group located in various places in the EMEA region. You will be based in our Food Innovation Centre in Brabrand, Denmark reporting to the Innovation, EMEA Beverage Group Manager.



You will be participating and driving projects together with both internal and external partners and will work with a very broad ingredient portfolio for beverages products, primarily soya proteins, hydrocolloids and enzymes.

We are part of the global Application & Technical Service organization of DuPont Nutrition Biosciences, we developing new concepts and providing our customers with application support on ingredients for the beverages industry.



Your primary responsibilities will be to:

Provide technical support to our customers and our sales organization in EMEA

Drive strategic customer development projects in the region

Drive internal beverages projects in cooperation with the technicians in our Beverage Pilot Plant and other R&D specialists

Participate in launching new solutions and ingredi¬ents in close cooperation with other parts of our organization

Continuously build technical know-how and com¬petencies within the area



Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a Food engineer or is holding a similar educational background. Insight and experience from the beverage industry especially with focus on ingredients would be preferred. You need to have a theoretical understanding and a keen interest in the area of food chemistry. Your working style is structured, you deliver in due time and in a high quality. You are agile in a big organization and are capable of reaching common business objectives which requires the ability to work independently and at the same time be a good team-player.



You have good communication skills and master the English language, both orally and written. You like to visit customers and travel activity in EMEA fits your working style. When working with customers, you have a professional attitude, which results in good businesses for both parts. You will be part of a multi-cultural and inspiring environment with hard work and good fun.
