We are recruiting for our 5* units in Portimão:
SOUS CHEF (m/f)
We are hiring a Sous Chef to work alongside Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality, freshness and consistency, and monitoring ordering and stock.
Profile:
- Secondary education diploma with technical/professional training in culinary arts or a related certificate
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef
- Strong organizational capacity
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Able to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and overnights on both weekends and weekdays
