Your responsibilities
- Report to Ancillary Services team manager
- Deliver Front Office commercial performance and operational excellence regarding:
- FCR, aFRR, mFRR capacity auction in DE, the NL and Nordic
- Develop and implement vNNE strategy (DE)
- Interface to TSO, incl. Ancillary Services lobbying
- Leverage Market Channel Optimization approach to ensure optimal use of the assets
- Ensure overall IT transformation program consistency
Further responsibilities include:
- Ensure overall market understanding
- Interface with dispatch centres to understand operational issues
- Strong focus on Compliance aspects, incl. REMIT
- Contribute to improving business processes within the team and the interfaces with other departments of the Uniper business
- Continuously improve and develop tools and processes in line with latest market developments and Uniper strategies and contribute to the transition into automation
- Take part in weekend and bank holiday work (shift role) during daytime
Your profile
- Relevant technical or economic background or similar qualifications
- Deep knowledge of European Power Trading and Ancillary Services products and markets
- Affinity with IT / data analysis and advanced programming skills with excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of German, Dutch or Swedish power markets would be a plus
- Inner drive and enthusiasm, takes initiative with strong commercial orientation
- High self-confidence and effectiveness in communication
- High level of commitment and a strong will to cooperate in the team environment
- True team player
- Fluent in written and spoken English, German or Swedish would be a plus
