Shift Engineer

Responsibilities:

As Shift Engineer, your missions are:

• After a practical training period, you will be part of our production team.
• You will work on 4 shifts and manage a team of +- 20 operators (organization, reporting, training, audit, …).
• You will be in charge of the follow-up of the production (including the prevention of defects and downtimes) with a view to increasing yield and productivity.
• You will analyze and suggest improvements at various stages of the process for a better performance.
• You will be responsible for the respect of the safety, quality and environment procedures by your team
• You will be required to work closely with EHS, Quality, Continuous improvement, R&D and Engineering departments.
• A change of position after a few years is not excluded

Profile:

• You have successfully completed a Master or Bachelor Degree in Electro-Mechanics or Mechanics
• You are fluent in French and English.
• You have good communication skills as well as teamwork spirit.
• Experience of people management is a plus
• A few years’ experience in an industrial environment are welcome.
