You will be part of a high-performing and very international department with 10 different nationalities, focusing on customer satisfaction, delivery service, inventory optimisation and cost-to-serve. Aligning best practices on a global scale is an important way to achieve this, and we are looking for a supply chain professional to challenge status quo and help drive the process on our continued journey. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Fulfillment, you will also be part of the Global Management team and influence the direction setting.

Direct impact on the achievements regionally and globally In this job, you will be a key player in the further development of our Global Fulfillment organisation and act both as a consultant and as a project manager. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the implementation of best practices in our logistics setup and work on improving current logistics tools and processes. As a project manager, you will manage and train a dedicated project team during projects and have the overall responsibility for the business results being delivered for the projects. You should expect 20-25 days of travel per year. Your tasks will also include: •Definition, initiation and completion of projects and tasks •Development of logistics solutions •Contribution to preparation of policies, strategies and action plans •Link between divisions and IT: complex troubleshooting, creating CBIs and being a business expert in SAP implementations and upgrades •Ensuring good stakeholder relations and networking activities •Performing training and facilitating workshops •Checking and investigating online data and processes •Creating reports, statistics, analyses and presentations •Following up on KPIs, such as delivery service, inventories and cost-to-serve We offer a very independent and international job with many opportunities for personal and professional development and a large degree of influence on the development of a key area for our business growth. Sterling communication skills and project management experience

You have a relevant educational background at Master’s level with several years of experience within supply chain management. Your background might be in logistics, sales, production, purchasing or IT/SAP, and you have strong analytical skills. You manage ERP, SAP and Microsoft Office tools, and knowledge of the refrigeration industry would be an asset. You are strongly process-oriented and possess a strong drive to reach the targets and get things done in time in a busy and dynamic environment. You need to have solid skills or a high potential within project & change management and the will to take on project management responsibilities. Communication with our global network of colleagues is essential to reach our aspirations, and we expect you to have cross-cultural awareness and to master English fluently, both in speaking and writing.
