We are going to rely on you to coordinate releases together with customers, product management and supply chain, ultimately ensuring satisfied Danfoss customers with high-quality SW releases.
Developing and maintaining embedded SW from customer and product requirements
As Software Engineer, your overall objective will be to manage SW development from specification to design and implementation. Furthermore, you will maintain existing SW and ensure it gets properly qualified. You will work in close cooperation with both internal partners in Danfoss and externally with third parties, and we will rely on you to coordinate and communicate responsibilities among relevant stakeholders, securing results on time, high quality and right scoping. With your talent of breaking down customer requirements into design and robust SW solutions, you will be the key player who creates an optimised and stable foundation/platform that is ready for future features and easy to maintain.
Technically strong and experienced
You have a degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science and solid experience within embedded SW development and planning. You come with a broad understanding of R&D technologies such as HW and control engineering. Moreover, you are capable of planning and coordinating releases and can facilitate deployment into production setup, and you have been working with C/C++ at a professional level within embedded programming. Finally, you have experience with Model Based Design. On the personal side, you have solid analytical abilities and good communication skills. You are customer-oriented, possess a strong team spirit and are able to build relations and cooperate across borders and cultures. Last but not least, you are structured with high quality focus and master English both verbally and in writing.
