As Senior Project Manager, you get a central role with responsibility for key enterprise IT projects within technologies like ERP, CRM, BI,

Analytics and Mobility, as well as offshore drilling industry specific

technologies.



We will be looking at you, to manage the delivery of large scale and complex IT projects, manage and lead stakeholders, manage

business benefits realization, handle change management and

communication together with the business owners of projects. You will be collaborating closely with colleagues in IT and various business functions at our headquarters, off-shore and across the globe, giving you the opportunity to work with and combine knowledge with other highly skilled colleagues, develop even further and experience emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

You are overall responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities for technology and business-unit projects. You work structured and proactively, using the right methodologies for a given project.



You work closely with the user community and IT technologists

and help determine how technology assist in addressing their needs, and translate these needs into system requirements, design specifications and business change.



An important challenge is to gain understanding of our business and

becoming a performance partner for our business driving higher

than expected benefits realization and change through your projects.

We have a particularly high emphasis on business acumen,

strong stakeholder management and communication skills – rather

than strong IT technical skills.





Who we are looking for

You are a successful senior project manager with +10 years of project management experience from business consulting, process

improvement, organizational change and technology. It is a particular

advantage if you have experience from a supplier delivering projects to large corporations.



You hold a master’s degree in computer science, business

administration, engineering or a related discipline with an information

technology focus.



Possessing excellent communication skills, you are able to communicate effectively in speech, in writing, and in presentations as well as to communicate with people at all levels.



Your documented capabilities and experience include:



• Contractual project management responsibility for delivering business IT projects to external customers with many stakeholders involved in the business organization.



• Implementation of new business processes and handling organizational changes as part of managing IT projects.



• Experience working with customers to develop technology solutions to complex business problems.



• Prepared and executed project steering group meetings with several executive stakeholders from a multiplicity of the organization and suppliers.
