Our team in Germany / Bayreuth is currently looking for a Senior Manager Trade Marketing (m/f)

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Director Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising in the development and implementation of a global trade marketing strategy for all categories of products in our company
  • Analyzing the requirements of the trade in terms of the product range and services
  • Conception and implementation of target-orientated and innovative marketing strategies and marketing instruments in order to support the sales team directly
  • Intensify the partnership and cooperation with the specialized trade
  • Coordination and executing of all above-the-line- and below-the-line-Trade Marketing activities
  • Responsibility for market-conform staging of our products at the point of sale in compliance with our corporate identity
  • Screening, trendscouting of relevant cross-promotion-partner and activities
  • Plan and conduct market investigations as well as trends searches and deduce recommendations
  • Create a strategic omnichanel retail toolsset on-and offline

 

PROFILE OF QUALIFICATION:

  • Successfully graduated university studies of Business Administration, preferably MBA with focus on marketing/sales
  • Profound working experience as a trade marketing manager, prefarably in the field of fast-moving-consumer-goods
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a company in the lifestyle and / or - Fashion Industry, ideally also in a leadership position
  • Ability to lead external partners both strategically and operationally
  • Excellent English skills as well as MS Office
  • Good communication skills and Teamplayer
  • High flexibility and high affinity to design and lifestyle
  • Very analytical and structured and High self-initiative
  • Powers of fascination, Hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to travel
