Make your team shine As Senior Manager, you manage a team of 14 Technical Designers in Technical Element Design (TED) Novelty design, who are responsible for the technical development and specification of the new LEGO Bricks. Your team works in a matrix organisation where your employees are lead in their daily tasks by Technical Project Managers. They ensure that the ideas conceived by LEGO Designers can be manufactured. Your role will include: Leading, developing and motivating your team to perform at their best Staying up to date on industry trends to find out how your employees can constantly enhance their qualifications Networking with multiple stakeholders while continuously looking into your internal customers' needs, balancing design creativity and operations Making sure that deliveries and agreements live up to standards and agreed quality Participating in the TED Novelty Design Leadership Team Collaboration and consensus In this role, you will have substantial influence and responsibility, as you will be based at the very heart of a unique, global organisation.
