We are urgently looking for Senior Java Developer with good knowledge and experience with SOAP/REST to work at the European Commission in Brussels.

Candidates need to be fluent in English. European candidates are welcome to apply. Work permit is required.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Test driven development and maintenance of web-based applications with JAVA EE
  • Development and integration of technological components
  • Implementation of user requirements
  • Prototyping
  • Elaboration of test programs
  • Integration with other applications

Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Good knowledge of Java/J2EE development
  • Good experience and knowledge of WebServices (SOAP and/or REST)
  • Good knowledge of Spring and Hibernate
  • Knowledge of Oracle databases
  • Fluent in English
