Create engaging video-content You join Consumer Marketing Agency (CMA), an in-house LEGO® Agency, who is responsible for 90% of the global marketing campaigns made for the LEGO Group. In this specific role, you will lead the creative concept development with a focus on creating TV and digital movies that appeal to boys, primarily 6-8 years old. Thus, you use your visual talent to tell great stories, work with animation, write scripts and come up with fun conceptual ideas that create engagement globally. So, as Senior Art Director for LEGO City, you: Catch the slapstick humour and real world action of LEGO City to tell engaging stories that ignite a LEGO Movie in the minds of boys all over the world. Work very closely with your CMA team, animation suppliers and our customers to make a proactive contribution to projects through creative ideas and executions. Take charge of presenting our solutions and become a trusted partner to our customers by delivering well-argued creative concepts. Give input on everything from strategy to concept development, graphics and preparation of the packaging production to all media from film to print, in-store, packaging and on-line content. Incredible storyteller As Senior Art Director, you keep a structured way of thinking and stick to deadlines, while staying creative and innovative within a brand with a stable and set DNA. To succeed, you quickly capture and interpret the brand DNA - and you are able to find creative inspiration in target group insights, which helps you to always stay curious and open-minded. To facilitate this, you: Have 4+ years of relevant experience working professionally with communication concepts in advertising or an animation company, and you preferably have some digital know-how. Are self-reliant but team-oriented and able to critically assess your own work. Know how to entertain people with a great story and you have the communication skills and sense of humour that is needed to entice both target-group and internal stakeholders. Work comfortably in In-Design, Photoshop and Illustrator, and it is an advantage if you are gifted at free-hand sketching to bring ideas and storyboards to life. Communicate effortlessly in English.
