Job Description:
· Procurement of architectural finishes packages
· Samples approval process
· Follow of the architectural finishes works on site from a quality and progress point of view
· Review Records
· Reporting
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Min. 10 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor, preferably in construction
· Experience in Main Contracts and subcontractors
Key Skills and Knowledge:
· Fluent in English
· Computer literate, skilled in excel
· Able to use AutoCAD and Revit
· Good communication skills
· Flexible on assignments
