Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and members of the public in a professional and courteous manner. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as necessary. Complete accurate and detailed reports documenting incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts. Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain a cohesive and supportive work environment. Stay updated on security protocols, industry trends, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
No prior experience in the security industry is required; however, a strong desire to learn and grow within the field is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with the public and colleagues.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially during emergency situations.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing to undergo background checks and obtain a PSA Licence.
