SAP LEAD USER & GROUP CONTRACT ANALYST

Business Context: Our team supports ArcelorMittal corporate as well as some segments/ division business teams and provides them with business solutions required, whether it is about implementation and change management of projects (for new requests) and operation - maintenance - continuous improvement of existing applications.
The applications w4e deliver include mainly but not only consolidation statutory and non-statutory, management reporting, Business Intelligence, Collaboration and document management and Predictive analytics. Enablement of Digital/cloud services (automation, robotization, Big Data, ...) as well as support of corporate business teams for information privacy (GDPR) is a key part of the role.
In addition the team manages global contracts for leading solution vendors SAP & Microsoft, which means making sure that our segments and business division teams optimize the value by deploying the solutions in the right way..
Perimeter :
Perimeter of influence: corporate business functions and support as required to segment / business division teams (local SAP lead users)
Purpose/mission of the role:
Assist our business & IT teams to maximize the value that they get from implementing SAP solutions Supporting them to define their SAP strategy to support at best their business strategy
Coordinate SAP lead user community (segments, BD, units)
Work closely with procurement to manage the overall relationship with SAP
Help to improve SAP group contract / cloud framework agreements / purchase order with SAP
Support other potential group contracts in term of business applications (MS Dynamics, Automation Anywhere, …)
Key accountabilities:
Manage overall business partnership with SAP with Procurement and Segment/Units Lead Users
Organize quarterly partnership boards to align expectations and drive continuous value addition
Help procurement (as lead user coordinator) to negotiate SAP contract / cloud agreements / PO
Optimize SAP license pooling, flexibility and overall SAP value across the group
Keep close contact with the business & IT representatives on SAP demand and solutions
Drive towards harmonization and standardization of solutions used in the group
Report to senior management the progress of value realization
Prepare yearly budget & forecast of SAP licenses, ensure chargeback is aligned and done as planned
Coordinate all new purchase and renewal of licenses
Requirements:
Education: Master (Business School, IT or Engineering)
Minimum Language Proficiency: Advanced English
Location of work: Luxembourg
Essential competencies:
Good knowledge of key manufacturing processes in sales, procurement, finance and production.
Application architecture and design.
Business process definition.
Change management including organization of training.
Excellent communication skills
Experience Requirements:
At least 5-10 years in functional/business analyst role.
At least 5-10 years professional experience.
Experience with contract & license management.
Experience in business solution blue printing and implementation.
Good knowledge of SAP solutions
