Stomana Industry, is looking for a SAP Business Applications Analyst focusing on SAP and other platforms based in Stomana Plant in Pernik, Bulgaria.

As the Business Applications Analyst, you will report to the Business Applications Senior Manager and be responsible for supporting SAP implementations and collaborating with different departments to ensure the quality and adoption of the projects. You will work in a hybrid model.
What you will need to do:
- Support Business Analysis and Solution Design on one or more of the following SAP Modules PP, MM, PM, QM
- 1st and 2nd level support on SAP users on the specific Modules of PP, MM, PM, QM
- Escalate issues on 3rd level support to internal provider supporting Team by evaluating the solutions provided
- Good understanding on Integration with SD and FI SAP Module
- Perform application configuration using the tools and features of SAP for Change Requests and Projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to complete projects, Change Requests and other issues within budget/time, ensuring quality and adoption
- Train end-users and ensure documentation is done as per the Group’s standards
- Resolve tickets on above SAP Modules and provide support as per the agreed SLAs
- Host regular reviews with business personnel on status & performance and incorporate their feedback into service delivery
What you need to possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or MSc in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related field
- At least 2 years of hands on, project-based SAP experience in one or more of the following modules PP, MM, PM, QM
- Any SAP Certification and ABAP development experience will be considered as a plus
- Previous experience working with large and complex matrix structures is a plus
