• provision of various information offering assistance with carrying luggage, offering technical information and assistance with simple technical problems, 
• accounting for hotel services, accepting cash, 
• ensuring the correct implementation of cashier operations, issuing invoices for services rendered
• receives complaints from guests and forwards them to the appropriate departments, 
• informs about conflict situations, 
• trains in his field of work and uses acquired knowledge, 
• performs work in accordance with the instructions of his superior, 
• in case of detected violations, notifies the competent authorities, 
• takes care of the safety of guests, hotel equipment, 
• maintains order and cleanliness of the workplace, work environment and work tools
