Requirements

  • English: high level  and one of  these languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish): high level.
  • Degrees / Qualification: FP II (Professional Training) or University Degree.
  • Previous Experience in this kind of Job (1 – 2 years).
  • Full working hours availability.

Job Tasks: Customer service (pone and personally). Follow up of complaints and special requests of our guests. To plan information channels in order to assure that guests are aware all time of the service offers provided by the hotel. To analyze the questionnaires of guests as to know the satisfaction level of the hotel guests. To be in charge of all protocols issues taking place in the hotel.

We offer: Contract for a certain time period for full time with 2 days off per week. Gross salary: 1.370 – 1.500 € Possibility of contract renewal.
