SE Systems are currently seeking a Project Manager in our Cork Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with great scope for career advancement within the company.

Role Description:
• Overall responsibility to manage a portfolio of houses assigned and to ensure delivery of works within a specific timeframe
• Coordinate onsite visits and scheduling with clients
• Perform technical assists on dwellings and determine scope of works
• Manage the subcontractors scheduling and delivery of works
• Perform quality assessments throughout work stages
•Implementation of Health and Safety across projects
•Regular reporting to Senior Project Manager on productivity and KPI results
•Aid clients and subcontractors in solving project delivery issues and timely escalation to Senior Management when required
•Management of site Documentation: Site sub-contractor documentation, close out packs provided to clients
•Carry out other relevant tasks as required from time to time by management

Requirements:
•Have a third level qualification or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
•Strong ability to delegate work to others including providing effective supervision and constructive feedback.
•Excellent communicator
•Able to work to strict deadlines
•Strong organisational capabilities with attention to detail
•Enthusiastic, committed self-starter with proactive approach to problem solving
•Flexible and adaptable
