As a production technician you are an extremely important link in our production process. You are part of a top team that is responsible, on a daily basis, for qualitative technical inventions of our machine park consisting of: various injection machines such as Krauss Maffei, Demag,... (machines of max. 2300T), robots (e.g. Sepro, Wittman, ...) and other peripheral equipment such as Poka Yokes, dryers, mould heaters, etc. .
Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the daily mould, colour and raw material changes. This also includes starting up machines, setting parameters and programming robots. During the production run, you monitor the machine efficiency, solve technical problems and update the logbook. You take the planning into account and set the necessary priorities in consultation with the production team.
During your startperiod, we provide good guidance. If you do not yet have the necessary skills, we offer you internal and external training. Afterwards, you also get the opportunity to continue your education.
