Beschreibung des Stellenangebots
- Development of product and marketing strategies after prior analysis of the market and competitive positioning
- Product marketing and customer loyalty activities
- Management and responsibility for the product range throughout the entire product life cycle: strategic planning, market launch and product determination activities
- Close collaboration with other departments and cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, finance, production and development
- Creation of requirements and functional specifications for new product developments or improvements
- Supporting the Research and Development department in product development
- Regular training for dealers, sales and service teams
Anforderungen an die Stelle
- Completed studies or vocational training with further training as a technician or master craftsman
- Extensive professional experience with products in the woodworking industry and strong technical expertise
- Strong skills in the areas of product management and product marketing
- High level of target group-orientated communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
