About the department

In diabetes Finished Products Compliance Support (DFP CS) we are responsible for various processes and systems to support quality and regulatory compliance across our production sites worldwide. Quality and regulatory compliance are crucial for Novo Nordisk and the pharma industry since this is our license to operate and it ensures high quality products for our millions of patients worldwide. We focus on linking regulatory compliance with business perspective and strive to continuously improve our processes while growing personal and team competencies. The job

As intern in DFP CS, your job will be to support further development of our process based leadership in DFP. You will also act as support to larger projects in the department and support some of our standard reporting processes within quality and regulatory compliance. In addition, you will get the opportunity to help shape and develop processes the department is responsibleh for. You can anticipate varied working days with many different tasks and numerous stakeholders across different cultures. You will be considered an integrated member of the department and you will receive continuous feedback on your work and development.



Qualifications

We are looking for an intern who is passionate about combining business with quality and regulatory compliance. You are currently studying on your master’s degree in pharmacy, health economics/economics, business or similar. In any case, you have sharp analytical skills and knowledge about project management. You are expected to have high quality standards and being able to understand process flows and design.



You work in a structured way and have a sharp eye for details. You can handle many tasks simultaneously, have a strong drive and want to deliver results. As a person you are ambitious, dedicated, and you can easily interact with employees across organisational and international boundaries.



You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to learn.



Practicalities

Requirement: Students in their first or second year of their master studies.

Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months.

Start date: 01 February 2016
